Registration is free, and you start earning as soon as you are registered.  We will never ask you for any money in any way.

This may vary depending on your profile (i.e. your age, gender, location, etc) and the needs of our clients. On average from 1 to 10 surveys per month.

The amount you earn depends on the number of surveys you participated in during the month. So, when you get an invite, complete the survey as soon as possible as the quotas normally fill up quickly. The amount that each survey pays will be sent with each invitation to participate. The amount varies from survey to survey depending on the length, the complexity of the study and other variables. 

When an organisation is developing a new product or service, they would want the opinion of individuals like you and me on how you view the products/ services. This will assist them in improving on the products to suit what the people want.  In return, these companies are willing to pay you for your opinions through online surveys. This will be a good way for you to also earn extra cash during your free time and also contribute to shaping the future of companies and brands.

The information that you provide when you sign up will only be used for profiling you and matching you with the relevant surveys only.  The survey team that does profiling is the only one that will have access to the information. 

The payments will be made once a month for all the surveys you would have participated in. eWallet will be sent to your chosen cellphone number. This is done to make sure we cater for those who do not have account numbers as well. 

Surveys are sent based on your profile matching the requirements of the survey. We recommend that you fill in your profile with as much information as possible. That way it will be easier to match your profile to surveys that suit you.

Every survey executed has an estimated time to complete. If you complete a survey in a time frame that does not fall within the range that is acceptable you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel. Should this happen, you will be notified via email.

If you provide answers that are not accurate and or inconsistent in any manner whatsoever you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel. Should this happen, you will be notified via email.
